About Us

Salopian Maintenance has been trading since 2012 and has grown substantially in a small amount of time.  We cater to the Shropshire area and beyond, taking on domestic and commercial projects, offering expert advice and quality workmanship.

Salopian Maintenance has been working in conjunction with Roofrite (Shropshire) Slating and Tiling since our inception. We work very closely with the slating and tiling team on a number of different projects. Our staff are highly experienced with many years in the roofing and building industry and our operatives are all fully trained and qualified in their specialist trades.

Salopian Maintenance are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors and the Confederation of Roofing Contractors. As a member of the Confederation of Roofing Contractors, this means we can produce Insurance Backed Guarantees with cover up to 20 years for a number of projects we undertake. As with the National Federation of Roofing Contractors and Competent Roofer we are able to self-certify any Building Regulations which involve replacing over 50% of a roof.

We always abide by the correct Health and Safety procedures for all of our contracts and also employ an independent health and safety consultant.

We operate between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and are always happy to help
